Collision Damage Insurance：Excluding damage arising from DUI, unidentified damage, rental agreement violations, and activities not covered by insurance, renter is only responsible for NT$10,000(Note 1). Unless vehicle is beyond repair in which renter is responsible for 10% (domestic vehicle) or 20% (imported vehicle) of vehicle value.
Theft Insurance：90% of car market value; customers shall be responsible for 10% of car market value. (Note 1)
Driver/Passenger Insurance：Up to NT$2,000,000 per person
Basic Third Party Liability：Up to NT$2,000,000 per person death (government required)
Additional Third Party Liability：Up to NT$2,000,000/person ( Up to NT$4,000,000), Up to NT$500,000 on property loss/accident
The above insurance policy does not include damage or loss resulting from natural disasters, severe weather (typhoon, earthquake, floods, etc.), or any damage to vehicle equipment
Note1：Renter is liable for revenue loss resulting from vehicle repair or recovery (compensation is up to 20 days of vehicle's daily rate)
Daily Rate：1 day equals to 24 hours. 10% of daily rate shall be charged for every hour late up to 8 hours. After 8 hours late, full daily rate shall be applied. Please notify Chailease Auto Rental if you'd like to extend the rental. (Chailease Auto Rental retains right to refuse the extension)
Fuel：Please use the fuel card (CPC or Formosa gas station) to refuel the vehicle during the whole rental. TWD $100 is applicable if fuel card is lost or broken.
Upon return, fuel is charged based on mileages driven.
Fuel fee = (return mileage – pick up mileage) * specific vehicle mileage charge. (Note 2)

Toll fee：Use E-tag installed in the cars to record the toll fee in Electronic Toll Collection system (ETC). When return the car, Chailease Auto Rental will calculate the toll fee from ETC official site. Cash or credit card payment is accepted.
Parking fees, fine tickets or other bills during the rental contract.
Please keep the vehicle clean. Smoking is prohibited. There will be a charge of TWD $3,000, if the vehicle needs extra cleaning after your rental.
Renter shall be obligated to exercise care when using the rental vehicle
Cancellation Fee
1. If the transaction is canceled on the day of pick-up or no-show, the payment will not be refunded.1. Chailease Auto Rental will refund the full payment if the renter cancels the order 10 days or more before the scheduled pick-up
2. If the transaction is canceled in 1 day prior to the pick-up date (the day of pick-up is not included), 20% of the payment will be refunded.
3. If the transaction is canceled 2-3 days prior to the pick-up date (the day of pick-up is not included), 30% of the payment will be refunded.
4. If the transaction is canceled 4-6 days prior to the pick-up date (the day of pick-up is not included), 40% of the payment will be refunded
5. If the transaction is canceled 7-9 days prior to the pick-up date (the day of pick-up is not included), 50% of the payment will be refunded.
6. If the cancellation is caused by natural disasters or severe weather (typhoon, earthquake, floods, etc.), Chailease Auto Rental will refund the full payment.
To protect your rights, please keep the scene of the accident or theft intact and dial 110 for police. Please also contact Chailease Auto Rental immediately. Do not settle with any parties in private.
